Rooms and Rates

The Kalamazoo House offers nine (9) guest rooms with private baths and cable TV, in-room phones, and free wireless internet. Some rooms are larger and have features such as Whirlpool baths, others might have beautiful views of the downtown area, and some have both! The choice is yours.

Premiere Queen $149

The house's original master bedroom, Room #4 offers distinctive antique furnishings with a comfortable Queen Bed and marble-topped nightstands and dresser. Enjoy elegant period wallpapers and stenciling. The large bathroom features a black 2-person whirlpool, walk-in shower, and marble-topped vanity.

Premiere King $149

This extra-large room on the 3rd floor offers a King-sized metal bed with pillow-top mattress, marble-topped antique furniture, a desk for writing or working, a large flat-screen TV, a decorative fireplace, and magnificent stenciling on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom has an oversized 2-person whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and pedestal sink.

Queen Rooms $129

Four lovely Queen rooms include antique furnishings and private baths with a walk-in shower or a tub/shower. For more examples of our beautiful Queen rooms, please visit our Reservations page.

Twins Room $129

Room #5 has two antique twin beds with large walnut armoire and a sunken whirlpool tub with shower.

Double Rooms $109

Two cozy rooms each offer a double (full) bed with antique furnishings and a bathroom with a tub/shower.

Public Areas

Our parlor offers an elegant, yet comfortable, place to relax or socialize. The impressive mirror-backed and marble-topped bar at one end is where evening refreshments are served. Enjoy breakfast daily in our Breakfast Room with its period wallcoverings and gas-log fireplace with original carved mantel. All the public areas have been painstakingly restored with period wall-coverings and faux finishes.
